Booth: A booth is a 10'x 20' spot at the show. Vendor provides own table, chairs, canopy and trash receptacle. Vendor is responsible for trash removal from the site. No electrical power is available at the Show but the vendor can bring their own generator. Booth fee is $100

• A $50 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Set-Up & Tear Down: Vendors may begin setting up at 6:30 a.m

Loading & Unloading: Loading and unloading may not be at the booth site. No trucks or trailers are permitted on the park grounds. NON SHOW VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK, EVEN FOR SET UP AND TAKEDOWN.

Vendor Property & Liability: Vendors exhibit at his/her own risk. The event will be policed by Arvada police officers, but the vendor understands and expressly agrees that the Colorado English Motoring Conclave is not responsible for providing specific security or protection for vendor property and is not responsible or liable in any way damages or other losses occurring to said property.

Licensing & Taxes: The vendor is responsible for all sales, use, employment and other taxes. If the vendor is selling items, the vendor must have a valid sales tax license and any other license(s) that may be required by the City of Arvada.

Insurance: Each vendor should contact his or her insurance company to ensure that vendor is covered during the event. All vendors agree to hold the Colorado English Motoring Conclave officers, volunteers and employees harmless for any claims, demands, damages and liability whatsoever arising on account of or in any way arising out of the event.

Fire Regulations: All vendors must comply with all applicable fire code regulations.

No Cancellation: The event will proceed as scheduled, even in the event of inclement weather.

We will be happy to stuff your marketing material into the registration packets for $60

If you rent a booth the Stuffing is free.

You will receive window placards for the cars you register.
